Technip has appointed Bernard di Tullio as President and Chief Operating Officer, effective October 1st, 2007. In this newly-created position, Mr. di Tullio is responsible for Technip's worldwide operations for all of its business segments.
Mr di Tullio was previously President, Oil and Gas Division. He joined Technip in 1975 and progressively increased his management responsibilities worldwide.
Also effective October 1st, Technip's operational organization has evolved to support its strategy with the creation of fully accountable geographical business units supported by global product lines. To enhance the focus on the Subsea business, a global Subsea management team has been created. The Regions, the Product Lines and the global Subsea team report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

It will enable Technip to pursue growth, continue to develop its leadership in technologies, know-how and project management and improve operational and financial performance", stated Technip's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Thierry Pilenko.
