Technip awarded front-end engineering contract for ethane extraction in Algeria

Technip has been awarded by Sonatrach a front-end engineering design (FEED) contract for an ethane extraction project located in Arzew, Algeria.

This contract covers two units to extract ethane from the liquefied natural gas produced by the GL1Z and GL2Z trains at Arzew.

Technip's operations and engineering center in Paris (France) will execute the contract.
